"We needed to remodel our master bathroom to make it more handicap accessible.  Our 70's era bathroom was very small, unsafe and minimally functional.  Don Leitch worked with us to refine our remodeling ideas to accommodate my disability.  He completely remodeled our master bath, using some of the guest bath to provide additional space.  He was able to eliminate the step into the shower, while adding grab bars, and a shower bench.  In the end,  the bathroom is not only functional but very attractive as well.  The job required relocation of walls, the addition of a wheelchair accessible door and extensive plumbing work.  Don also installed a tank-less water heater.  Less water is wasted and it has reduced my power bill.  We could not be more happy with the work performed.  Don did what he said he would do, was neat and organized and finished in a timely manner."

"I first met Don in 1988. He would do work for a condo association where I lived at that time. Then I bought and moved to a new residence in the Conejo Rd. area in 1995. Soon, over  the next 4 years he remodeled every part of that house: kitchen, bathrooms, garage, basement, outside tiling and more.  Then in November, 2008 the "T" fire hit, and my house was completely and entirely reduced to a pile of ashes. I  approached Don about being the General Contractor on the rebuilding project,  and he accepted. Thus began a year and a half long oddisey to rebuild. Don was great during this trying time. He negotiated with the City for the necessary permits, and oversaw the work being done on the house. The result was a nice medium sized new house that I'm quite satisfied with.  He worked hard, and long over a year and a half  until we had completion. During that time I never saw him loose his temper, nor fail to put in a full day's work.  He's a good man, and I unhesitantely recommend him to anyone."
